For a home town cafe, this place is perfect. Great food and great service. We are from Texas and their chicken fried steak and sweet tea is Texas approved! The hand battered crust was crispy and tasty. And the steak was a 1/2 inch thick in most places and cooked to the correct temp. My wife said she would have liked a little more of the crispy crust :) Their chicken fried chicken was awesome too. If we lived closer, we would be here more often.

Where do I even begin?! I was having a really hard day and a long day at that. I got home and didn’t want to cook so I decided instead of going into Tim’s Kitchen I would order from Tim’s and hope the food came fresh and it was good. I’ve been in there a few times and I believe this is the same waitress I’ve had when I’ve came in after work but I’m not totally sure. Anyway, I got my food and I’m opening it up and I notice this bright piece of paper in there and thought oh weird and then I read it. It put a smile on my face and for it to even be “personalized” means she took the time out of her day to write me a note just because… She didn’t have to do that.. She could have just thrown my food in there like every other place does. She also added ketchup, napkins, and utensils so I didn’t need to get off my couch for anything which was much needed. I know it’s a little gesture but now days it’s hard to get good business let alone good people anywhere I feel like.. People that enjoy their job and want to make you smile. If that was her intent than it worked. I am sure I’m not the only one she writes these to but just know little touches like this go a long way so thank you Ashlee for making my evening a little brighter on a very long day. I will be stopping in soon and hope to meet you if I haven’t already! I’m hoping she sees this! If not I’ll be in to show her that I wrote a review based off her little note.
I've been going to this place for over 13 years. The food is always great. Service is always friendly. They always accommodate my son's request for a window seat. The salad bar is my favorite item, but the chicken is a close second. The train is a nice touch.
We is DoorDash, the 10 piece chicken strip family meal and it is absolutely delicious. There’s three people in my family and we eat the entire thing with no leftovers. The chicken’s perfectly crisp with a really great flavor and then their mashed potatoes and gravy country gravy to be exact is absolutely homebound. It just tastes like grandma made all this fresh food in your seat in her kitchen, eating it lastly the biscuits the biscuits I can’t say enough about the biscuits and that honey sauce. I think I’m gonna order it right now now lol.
I’ve been back a couple times, and have had consistently good food and service here. Brought my family here today, see pics. My first time here, and my first time having waffles and fried chicken. It was amazing. The service was very friendly, and our coffee cups were always full! I will definitely be back!
Two ladies who served us were amazing. Such great service. Food was hot and delicious. We had the pretzels and cheese sauce to start, highly recommend. We both had crispy chicken sandwiches for our mains, also a must! It was clean, not too loud, enjoyable experience.
My boyfriend and I went here for dinner and it was amazing! The salad is crisp,fresh delicious..The chicken pot pie the best I had! My bf loved the fries..The waitress Lisa was amazing! Very sweet,funny ,helpful and made our experience here the best!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others,and we will be back..
